These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of trevormweresa.com, operated by Mweresa Trevor & Co. Advocates, Advocates of the High Court of Kenya. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. No Advocate-Client Relationship

Your use of the Site, including submitting an enquiry, downloading content, or reading material published on the Site, does not create an advocate-client relationship between you and the Firm. An advocate-client relationship is formed only through a signed engagement letter or written agreement with the Firm. Until such a relationship is formed, information you submit through the Site is not protected by advocate-client privilege, and you should avoid sharing confidential or sensitive details through general enquiry forms.

2. Not Legal Advice

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Subject to Section 14 below, the courts of Kenya shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating court proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms through good-faith negotiation and, where appropriate, mediation in accordance with the rules of a recognised mediation body in Kenya, without prejudice to either party's right to seek urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The Last Updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
